Abstract
Ten years is a useful moment in the life of a statute. It is long enough for a law to have a real record. Long enough for legislative and stakeholder hopes to be tested, for criticisms to sharpen, for doctrine to develop, and for consequences—both intended and unintended—to come into view. And this is why the Missouri Law Review’s symposium issue, focusing on the tenth anniversary of the Defend Trade Secrets Act (“DTSA”), is so important.
