Abstract
Litigants in Missouri have had their rights to a trial by jury expanded following the Missouri Supreme Court's decision in State ex, rel. Leonardi v. Sherry. The court determined the existence of an equitable claim should not deprive a litigant of their right to a jury trial. However, the court did not provide a clear rule for the lower courts to follow. This article examines the implications of the decision in light of the somewhat vague ruling.
